Rutilated Quartz can either be clear or smoky quartz, with a mohs hardness of 7, that has inclusions of rutile, which is titanium oxide and has a hardness of 6 to 6.5.
Metaphysically, Rutilated Quartz is able to be programmed and amplify energies just as Clear Quartz does. It helps the user to be more in tune with another person's "vibes", and is said to have a "sizzling" energy.
